About the Role

DWP IT Arabia, an Odoo Silver Partner based in Riyadh, is seeking an Odoo Techno Functional Consultant to join its team. This full-time role involves leading client engagements from discovery through implementation and post-go-live support, focusing on ERP transformation across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Odoo Techno Functional Consultant serves as the primary link between client business requirements and Odoo's capabilities. This is a client-facing, hands-on position that requires running workshops, configuring and customizing Odoo, leading product demonstrations, and managing implementation projects to successful completion. The consultant must be proficient in explaining process redesigns in Arabic and scoping technical customisations with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, training, data migration, and go-live support.
• Configure Odoo core modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and Projects to align with client business processes.
• Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team and validate delivered customisations.
• Ensure implementations comply with KSA regulatory requirements, including ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora), VAT, and local payroll/GOSI rules.
• Prepare and deliver tailored Odoo product demonstrations to prospective clients in both Arabic and English.
• Support the sales team with scoping, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple concurrent engagements.
• Conduct steering meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and report project status to client leadership and internal management.
• Train end-users and super-users, and produce comprehensive user documentation.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and facilitate handover to support teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an Odoo Techno Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end Odoo implementations.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering Odoo product demonstrations in both Arabic and English.
• Strong project management skills, including scope management and risk identification.
• Experience with KSA regulatory compliance for ERP systems.
