Senior Odoo Developer

About the Role

Jadeer is seeking a Senior Odoo Developer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time remote position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Odoo modules and customizations. The role is integral to supporting Jadeer’s operations by configuring and extending Odoo functionalities and integrating Odoo with various internal and external systems.

Role Responsibilities

• Write and review clean, efficient code for Odoo modules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Odoo functionalities and integrations.
• Improve database performance to ensure optimal system operation.
• Ensure a secure and scalable architecture for Odoo implementations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
• Provide guidance on best practices in Odoo development and customization.
• Document technical designs and specifications for Odoo modules and integrations.
• Support Odoo deployments and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Odoo systems and processes.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in Odoo technical development. This includes a proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules and customizations.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time remote position, offering flexibility while contributing to critical Odoo development projects for Jadeer.
