This full-time role for an ODOO Developer Technical Lead offers a significant opportunity to shape and strengthen the technology function within a growing real estate business.

Role Purpose and Context

As the ODOO Developer Technical Lead, you will play a central role in guiding Awtad's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and broader IT direction. This position combines technical leadership with operational oversight, focusing on enhancing ERP capability, improving operational efficiency, and fostering cross-department collaboration. You will ensure that business systems effectively support day-to-day needs while enabling future growth and improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the entire IT department and all IT projects.
Lead cross-functional technology projects and oversee project coordination across business and IT teams.
Design ERP solutions that are aligned with specific business and operational needs.
Troubleshoot ERP and other business application issues to support reliable operations.
Manage IT teams and external vendors, while maintaining effective communication with business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in ODOO development and technical leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage IT departments and projects effectively.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting ERP solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
