Senior Odoo Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead

About the Role

Urban Tech, a technology company based in Riyadh, is seeking a Senior Odoo Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead. This full-time position is critical for a long-term Odoo CRM / Managed Services project, requiring dedicated senior resources and a strong technical background. The role demands a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Role Context

This is a core technical position focused on leading the design, development, and delivery of Odoo CRM solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in customizing and enhancing Odoo functionalities, building integrations, and ensuring the technical integrity and performance of the system. The role also involves mentoring the development team and maintaining technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Odoo CRM customizations and enhancements.
• Develop custom modules using Python, the Odoo ORM, XML/QWeb views, and OWL/JavaScript.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs (REST / XML-RPC / JSON-RPC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues escalated from support.
• Review code, define technical standards, and mentor the development team.
• Work with PostgreSQL on data models, queries, and performance tuning.
• Support deployments, releases, and environment management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in Saudi Arabia in the same or a closely related role is mandatory.
• Experience with enterprise-level systems and projects.
• Experience must be demonstrable through the CV and previous projects.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and available for interview and project mobilization.
