About the Role

First Access Consulting is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, covering cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail, and Al-Ahsa. This full-time role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer portfolio for hygiene and cleaning solutions. The Area Sales Manager will lead a sales team, manage key customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with annual business objectives, achieving sales revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio across various sectors, including hotels, restaurants, hospitals, catering companies, commercial facilities, and government institutions.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers and accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract renewals, driving cross-selling and upselling of hygiene and cleaning solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with major customers and resolve concerns to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical service teams to ensure excellent service quality, proper installation, maintenance, and performance of dispensing and cleaning equipment.
• Support the implementation of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety programs, ensuring compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage sales forecasts and budgeting for the assigned area, monitoring profitability by customer and product line, and controlling discounts and pricing within company guidelines.

Team Leadership and Territory Management

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Territory Sales Representatives, setting individual KPIs and monitoring sales performance.
• Conduct field coaching, customer visits, and performance reviews, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of the sales team.
• Promote a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the sales team.
• Develop territory coverage plans to maximize market penetration and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Monitor pipeline opportunities using CRM systems and ensure efficient routing and resource allocation across the Eastern Province.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7–10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership or area management role.
• Proven experience managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic customer relationships across a defined territory.
• Demonstrated success in business development, key account management, contract negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar sales management platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and manage profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, covering key cities including Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail, and Al-Ahsa.
