Role Overview

As an Assembly Repair Maintenance & Overhaul (ARMO) Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and visually inspecting mechanical assemblies. This full-time position involves assisting with the repair and modification of non-conforming equipment, performing complex tests with minimal supervision, and providing technical support across the business while adhering to HS&E policies. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on coiled tubing units, injectors, reels, trailers, power packs, and fluid pumps.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine issues to ensure maximum reliability during well operations.
• Maintain, test, and assemble products, tools, and sub-assemblies for operations.
• Work according to pre-defined procedures and established work practices.
• Assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
• Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Comply with HS&E policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in coiled tubing equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• A dedicated focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, good mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of workshop equipment and their uses, including shop tooling, measurement tools, and material handling equipment.
