About the Role

Almoosa Health Group is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining accurate and efficient data handling across our accounting and warehouse operations.

Role Purpose and Context

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the meticulous management and processing of various accounting and warehouse documents. This role ensures data accuracy and supports efficient operations through close coordination with the warehouse, finance departments, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan all warehouse accounting documents, including invoice details and miscellaneous transactions (*, return receipts), to shared files.
  • Sort, organize, and archive warehouse paperwork and fingerprint data sheets after data entry.
  • Verify entered data against source documents and report any variances to the warehouse coordinator and supervisors.
  • Deliver warehouse accounting documents to the finance department, ensuring proper sorting and archiving.
  • Create internal requests (REQ) on Oracle based on notification emails from nursing stores for auto-replenishment plans.
  • Enter received item quantities into the Oracle system database, following completion of all required documentation and standards, under the supervised double-checking of the warehouse supervisor.
  • Print barcode stickers for all received items.
  • Follow up on approved document circles that organize warehouse operations.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments and customers.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets containing large numerical datasets.
  • Prepare and report on warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the scope of knowledge and skills.
