Nice One is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its team in Al-Ahsa. This full-time position is central to customer engagement and achieving sales targets within our retail environment. Role Overview

The Salesperson will be responsible for interacting with customers in-store, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This includes driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and contributing to the overall achievement of branch targets. The position operates within a fast-paced retail setting, requiring adaptability and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs, provide accurate product information, and offer personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Proactively promote products and current promotions, meet individual and store sales targets, and close sales using effective questioning and upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to confidently advise customers.
• Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members.
• Adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to protect assets and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude towards sales.
• Basic product awareness and a willingness to continuously learn about new offerings.
