About Nice One and the Role

Nice One is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join its team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role involves engaging with customers in-store, promoting the product range, maintaining merchandising standards, and contributing to achieving branch sales targets. The successful candidate will require strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products and current offers, achieve individual and store sales targets, and close sales using effective questioning, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, availability, and promotions to advise customers confidently.
• Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, and process transactions, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to support customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support a positive team environment.
• Follow cash-handling procedures, security protocols, health and safety requirements, and all company policies.
• Share feedback with store management regarding customer preferences, inventory requirements, product performance, and sales results.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• One or more years of retail or sales experience is preferred; candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage customers clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing friendly, responsive service and building positive customer relationships.
• Ability to understand customer needs, explain product benefits, handle objections, and achieve sales goals.
• Comfortable handling cash, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock as required, and perform routine store tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, and adapt to changing priorities in a retail environment.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
