Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Supervising the sales team, guiding them, and motivating them to achieve the desired performance
- Analyzing market data and competitors to identify sales opportunities and improve offers
- Communicating with key clients and building long-term relationships with them
- Preparing periodic reports for senior management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities
- Participating in exhibitions and real estate events to represent the organization and increase the network of relationships
- Monitoring compliance with pricing policies and sales terms
- Training and developing the sales team and evaluating their performance periodically
Conditions and Skills:
Experience in real estate development
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in the field of real estate sales
