About Nice One and the Role

Nice One is seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join its team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role involves engaging directly with customers, promoting the company's product range, and contributing to the achievement of branch sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining merchandising standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, provide accurate product information, and offer personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products and current offers, achieve individual and store sales targets, and close sales effectively using questioning, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, availability, and promotions to confidently advise customers.
• Operate cash registers and payment systems accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary, and following up to support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and foster a positive team environment.
• Adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, health and safety requirements, and all company policies.
• Share feedback with store management regarding customer preferences, inventory requirements, product performance, and sales results.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Product knowledge is essential for this role. A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a related field is required.

Working Environment

The Salesperson will join a collaborative store team focused on customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
