About the Role

Zilla Trading Company is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join their team in Al-Ahsa, Eastern region. This full-time role is ideal for a creative and passionate individual with 0-1 years of experience in content creation, capable of developing innovative ideas into engaging visual content for social media platforms.

Role Purpose

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing attractive content that aligns with brand identities, aiming to increase reach and audience engagement across various social media channels. The role involves transforming creative concepts into practical, impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate creative content ideas specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Develop short, engaging hooks and scenarios for video content.
• Shoot and produce daily content covering products, services, and events.
• Monitor current trends and adapt them to suit the identity of each brand.
• Perform basic video editing using CapCut or similar software.
• Participate in field photography, interactive content creation, and interviews.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and editing teams to implement content strategies.
• Analyze content performance and propose improvements to increase views and engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Practical experience of at least one year in content creation or short video production, or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
• Good understanding of content dynamics on TikTok and Instagram.
• Ability to generate new ideas and write effective hooks.
• Proficiency in shooting content using a mobile phone or camera.
• Knowledge of basic editing, lighting, and sound principles.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet delivery deadlines.
• Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shooting content for cafes, automotive, or product categories.
• Ability to appear in front of the camera when required.
• Familiarity with AI tools that support content creation.
