Omar Al Zar'a Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Sales Representative to join its logistics division. This is a full-time position based in Al Hafuf, Eastern Region. The company is currently in a growth phase and offers a clear path for professional development within the organization.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will focus on expanding the company's client base within the logistics and shipping sector. This role involves direct customer engagement, relationship management, and driving sales through effective negotiation and closing of deals. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers, specifically manufacturers and entities requiring shipping services, and establish commercial relationships.
  • Present company services, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Liaise between customers and the logistics team to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Maintain contact with existing customers and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and track the progress of ongoing deals.
  • Meet established monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Zero to one year of experience in sales.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and relationship building.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a field-based role and achieve targets under pressure.
  • A strong network within the logistics sector is preferred.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
