The Role of Senior Physiotherapist

Rebody Medical is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Hafuf, Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves assessing and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation programs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to support recovery, mobility, and physical performance.
• Align rehabilitation plans with nutritional goals in collaboration with qualified nutrition specialists.
• Work closely with wellness and body contouring teams to support coordinated patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
• Educate patients on their conditions and promote preventive care strategies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the center.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in physiotherapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation programs.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, on-site position at Rebody Medical in Al Hafuf, Al-Ahsa. The salary for this role will be discussed directly with qualified candidates.
