About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join its team in Al Harajah. This full-time role is central to ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining efficient showroom operations within the showroom environment.

Customer Engagement and Sales Objectives

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for providing professional reception and maintaining a high level of service for all customers. This involves meeting customer needs, facilitating goods delivery, and offering comprehensive customer service both before and after sales. A primary objective is to achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.

Showroom Operations and Sales Support

  • Follow up with customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, securing orders, calculating quantities, and assisting with color and product coordination.
  • Ensure proper invoice issuance and goods delivery, coordinating effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
  • Maintain the showroom in an organized and clean state at all times, ensuring all marketing tools such as brochures and catalogues are readily available.
  • Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and current stock levels.
  • Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.

Inventory and Stock Management

  • Secure a good stock of all items, particularly well-moving ones, by applying the policy to make orders from warehouses according to minimum and highest levels for each item.
  • Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to avoid dead stock.
  • Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
  • Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses as per guideline of warehouse policy and procedure to ensure accurate stock and avoid discrepancies during periodic inventory operations checks.

Reporting and Compliance

  • Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
  • Adhere to depositing any sales cash amount on a daily basis to the company’s account.
  • Provide the direct manager with regular reports about competitors' activities and promotions.
  • Implement company policies and instructions.
  • Submit periodic reports of achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
  • Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.
  • Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmental methods.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
