Jazeera Paints is a leading company in the paints industry. We are seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our showroom.

Role Summary

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering high-level customer service, and maintaining the organization and smooth functioning of the showroom. This position involves direct customer engagement, inventory management, detailed reporting, and strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent reception and high-level service to customers, addressing their needs before and after sales.
• Guide customers through product introductions, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with product and color coordination.
• Achieve established sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, ensuring accurate item and stock level considerations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for resolution and reporting unresolved issues to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving inventory items.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure proper invoicing and timely goods delivery.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness, ensuring all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Secure and maintain optimal stock levels of all items, particularly fast-moving products, by applying warehouse ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels and first-in, first-out).
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to established policy and procedure to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Maintain overall order within the showroom environment.

Reporting and Compliance

• Accomplish management goals and implement required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required and deposit daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Implement all company policies and instructions.
• Execute all functions using safe and environmentally sound methods.

Additional Duties

• Offer ideas and suggestions to develop sales processes and enhance value.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
