About the Showroom Sales Representative Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for Jazeera Paints in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring excellent customer reception and service within the showrooms. The role focuses on meeting customer needs, facilitating sales, and providing comprehensive support before and after sales.

Key Customer Engagement and Sales Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer reception and maintain a high standard of service within the showrooms.
• Address customer needs, facilitate product delivery, and offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
• Guide customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, securing orders, and accurately calculating quantities.
• Assist customers in coordinating colors and products according to their needs, through to invoice issuance and proper goods delivery.
• Achieve sales targets as defined by the sales plan.
• Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure the continuous availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues.
• Secure a good stock of all items, particularly well-moving ones, by applying the policy to order from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels for each item.
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses aligns with guidelines to maintain accurate stock and avoid discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.

Financial and Operational Compliance

• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to depositing any sales cash amount on a daily basis to the company’s account.
• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Implement company policies and instructions.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Coordinate effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports about competitors' activities and promotions.
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
• Submit periodic reports of achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

General Duties and Continuous Improvement

• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
