Aviation PMI Evaluator MH R

About the Role

Amentum is seeking an Aviation PMI Evaluator for MH-60R helicopters to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves performing in-depth inspections at Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot levels, covering surface, structural, fuel cell, and major component inspections. The evaluator will provide essential maintenance support and training to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level inspections on MH-60R helicopters, including surface, structural, fuel cell, and major component inspections.
• Provide Field and Sustainment Level maintenance support, including Maintenance Control, Quality Control, Supply Management, and repair of aircraft.
• Assist and train the RSNF on compliance with Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) standards, specifically in Performance Management and Inspection (PMI) evaluations.
• Complete and maintain applicable forms, records, and reports using appropriate references and publications, including the NAMP.
• Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and other personnel, maintaining records such as Readiness Insight or ASMi.
• Inspect aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts to ensure safe flying and conformance to specifications and regulations.
• Oversee part installation and inspect adjustments or modifications.
• Perform preflight and post-flight inspections, identifying any breaches of safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining shop, hangar, and flight line safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of the associated work area, vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Aviation PMI Evaluator.
• Demonstrated ability to perform Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level in-depth inspections on MH-60R helicopters.
• Proficiency in Field and Sustainment Level maintenance support, including Maintenance Control, Quality Control, and Supply Management.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols in aviation maintenance environments.
