About the Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking an ERP Coordinator specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, and is critical for coordinating and supporting ERP activities. The role ensures the efficient operation of business processes by working closely with various departments to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements. The ERP Coordinator will play a key part in integrating technology with business objectives and maintaining smooth operational flow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate ERP system activities, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
Support system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to optimize performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and system security.
Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records.
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working directly with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
Strong understanding of ERP processes and business workflows.
Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations is considered a plus.
