Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

About the Role

NextEra is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) Functional Lead to manage the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern region, and requires strong expertise in project financial management, project accounting, billing, revenue management, and integration with other Oracle Fusion modules.

Role Overview

The Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Lead will drive end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring accurate financial processes within the PPM suite. This role involves leading implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements, configuring key modules, and collaborating with various functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) implementation and AMS engagements.
• Configure and manage Project Costing, Project Billing, Revenue Management, and Project Governance & Controls.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and Fit-Gap analysis.
• Prepare functional documentation including BRD, FSD, and RTM.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, SCM, and Integration teams.
• Support integrations with GL, AP, AR, OIC, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
• Drive stakeholder management, governance reviews, and compliance activities.
• Lead production support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior functional consultants and act as a key business Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Demonstrated expertise in project financial management, project accounting, billing, and revenue management.
• Experience with integration of PPM modules with Finance and Procurement modules.
• Proven ability to lead implementation and AMS engagements.

This is a full-time position located in Al Jubail, Eastern region. The role involves working within a collaborative environment, engaging with various internal teams and stakeholders to deliver and support Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
