The Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for leading and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and post-go-live activities. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, preparing functional documentation, and supporting testing and deployment to ensure solutions align with HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional designs for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Provide functional expertise and subject matter guidance across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scripts, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, support user sign-off, and assist with testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.
• Support data migration, reporting, integrations, and security setup in coordination with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues, support post-go-live activities, and coordinate with technical teams or Oracle Support as required.
• Conduct user training sessions and support end users during implementation and production phases.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements, system enhancements, and best-practice solutions.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
