About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Pharmacist to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves dispensing medications and providing patient care and advice to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurate medication dispensing and offering personalized care. This includes counseling patients on treatments, side effects, and interactions, as well as collaborating with healthcare providers on medication plans. The role emphasizes compliance with professional standards and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Provide medication counseling to patients, addressing questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and manage patient-specific medication treatment plans.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions in conjunction with medical staff as needed.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients on medication safety and wellness.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (** degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to continuous education and staying current in the pharmacy field.
