About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in Al Jubail, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership and client-facing capabilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for comprehensive project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk management, and delivery governance. The role involves effective coordination with both onsite and offshore teams to achieve project objectives and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity and accountability.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and successful project outcomes.
• Support client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional project scope and account growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong client-facing capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with both onsite and offshore teams.

Work Type
