About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management, focusing on planning, execution, stakeholder management, resource coordination, and risk management to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating effectively with both onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity and accountability.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and successful project outcomes.
• Support client satisfaction, identify opportunities for additional project scope, and contribute to account growth where applicable.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must-Have:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, or in a similar project management role.
• Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery management skills.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of project governance, status reporting, and escalation management.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining project quality standards.
• Currently working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and available for an onsite assignment.
• Available to join immediately or within one month.
• Good-to-Have:
• Previous experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in IT consulting, technology services, or client-facing delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting account growth, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding client engagements.
• Strong understanding of customer satisfaction (CSAT), operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaboration with both local and remote teams, requiring strong communication and coordination skills.
