About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires a professional with strong leadership and client-facing capabilities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, execution, and governance. This includes managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating resources across onsite and offshore teams, and mitigating risks to ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, and timeline requirements. The role emphasizes effective communication and collaboration to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity and accountability.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and successful project outcomes.
• Support client satisfaction, identify opportunities for additional project scope, and contribute to account growth where applicable.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong leadership skills and client-facing capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with both onsite and offshore teams.
