KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Rotating Technician to join their team in Al Jubail. This is a full-time position requiring 6-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Rotating Technician will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards within oil and gas facilities. This role involves direct oversight of technicians, progress reporting, and adherence to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to technicians and assemble teams.
• Supervise ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and material availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits prior to commencing work.
• Provide technical advice to technicians regarding proper tool and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
• Ensure accurate SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Conduct Toolbox talks before starting work.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near Misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in Safety audits.
• Attend scheduled Safety and Technical training.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management in Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Ability to achieve business results while working in a multi-cultural environment.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and requires adherence to KBR and SATORP operational and safety standards.
