About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The Document Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the document control system for projects. Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Administration or an equivalent closely related field.
• Alternatively, a Diploma or equivalent qualification coupled with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Project Administration.
• A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, or alternatively, ten (10) years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in organizing and controlling typical project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, and vendor submittals.
• Demonstrated experience in managing filing systems and document flow procedures.
• Previous experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) role at a similar level for several years is preferable.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.

Required Skills

This position is essential for the oversight and direction of all daily offshore construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, schedule, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all day-to-day offshore construction and installation activities on-site.
• Ensure all offshore construction and installation activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with project specifications, drawings, schedule, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate daily operations with construction management, subcontractors, marine captains, and offshore construction vessels to optimize logistics, manpower allocation, and material handling.
• Monitor the progress of multi-disciplinary teams, including structural, piping, electrical, and rigging.
• Resolve immediate site execution challenges as they arise.
• Ensure the implementation of approved construction procedures, method statements, and lifting plans.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and site coordination meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Alternative I: Bachelor Degree in an appropriate Engineering field or Equivalent, with a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience. Of this experience, at least eight (8) years must be dedicated to the supervision of construction personnel and the monitoring/management of major Offshore Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Alternative II: Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency, with a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience. Of this experience, at least twelve (12) years must be dedicated to the supervision of construction personnel and the monitoring/management of major Offshore Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience is required for this role.

This is a core engineering position responsible for delivering a volume of engineering activities on projects and within the business as required. The role demands a strong understanding of process engineering principles and their application within the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Process Engineer will contribute to the production of engineering activities for projects and business needs, applying knowledge of basic engineering processes. Key duties include ensuring adherence to international codes, standards, and engineering practices, and managing and executing all aspects of design from concept through to detailed design. The role involves conducting technical analysis of engineering problems, developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and utilizing Hysys Simulation software to develop Heat and Material Balance (H&MB) documentation. Preparation of engineering deliverables in accordance with company technical competency standards is also a core function.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required.
• At least 8 years of this experience must be specifically within Process Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Mandatory experience in Asset Integrity projects is essential.
• Familiarity with all aspects of design, from concept to detailed design.
• Proficiency in the technical analysis of engineering problems.
• Ability to prepare engineering deliverables that meet company technical competency standards.
