We are seeking a talented individual to provide essential support to our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who excels in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documentation for reports and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are updated and accessible.
- Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed.
- Handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
Requirements:
- A diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Experience with office equipment and technology.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
