The Opportunity: Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing) to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is integral to maximizing operations business performance by maintaining world-class Business/Quality Management Systems. The position is part of an expanding multinational team focused on furthering the group's growth plans, driven by an aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the highest standards of business and quality management systems are upheld within manufacturing operations. This involves strategic oversight and hands-on management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, aligning with Almarai's commitment to quality and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain world-class Business/Quality Management Systems within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure operational performance aligns with established quality standards and business objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate quality management practices effectively.
• Support the company's growth plans through robust quality assurance in manufacturing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining and improving Business/Quality Management Systems.
• Background in manufacturing environments is essential.
