Quality Control Manager

About the Role

Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the Quality Control function within its Industrial Operations. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and is crucial for ensuring that manufactured equipment consistently meets customer specifications, international standards, and high-quality benchmarks from the outset.

Role Purpose

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring that both final products and manufacturing processes comply with customer requirements and international standards, including IEC, ANSI, NEMA, and UL. The role focuses on fostering a culture of "First Time Right," continuous improvement, and optimal resource utilization, while also ensuring customer satisfaction during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure conformity of incoming materials, in-process inspections, and final products with approved specifications and standards.
• Develop and implement quality plans, inspection, and testing procedures.
• Lead and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), managing customer feedback and closure processes.
• Record, analyze, and report non-conformities and the Manufacturing Defect Rate (MDR).
• Drive quality improvement initiatives across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain departments.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Quality Control team, including Engineers and Technicians.
• Optimize QC resources, man-hours, and overall department efficiency.
• Support field service teams during commissioning and start-up phases as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within industrial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, ANSI, NEMA, UL).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality plans and inspection procedures.
