Quality Manager

About the Role

Iduast Company is seeking a Quality Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves overseeing comprehensive quality management systems and initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize the establishment and revision of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, ensuring their continuous operation and improvement.
• Lead the formulation of annual factory-level quality indicators, decompose department-specific indicators, and manage performance assessment.
• Oversee full-process quality supervision for key products, monitor production progress, and track product delivery performance.
• Organize accountability for external quality issues, supervise preventive action implementation, and lead root-cause analysis for major quality incidents.
• Coordinate cross-department quality improvement activities, participate in project reviews, and propose internal process optimization.
• Oversee quality-loss-cost analysis, arbitrate disputes over accountability, and conduct quarterly supervision of loss traceability.
• Lead quality culture and quality informatization construction, including system setup, operation, and compliance inspection.
• Lead the revision of Raw-Material & Component Acceptance Specifications, supervise supply-chain supplier management, and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of two-grid product sampling and drive the resolution of identified defects.
• Plan, execute, and manage special quality theme activities, and conduct risk identification and assessment for department-level business risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration-related disciplines.
• Certifications: Senior-level or above professional title or vocational qualification certificate.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Management Experience: Either ≥5 years working for Tebian Electric, OR ≥3 years dedicated quality management experience, OR ≥5 years manufacturing industry quality management experience.
• Cross-Hierarchy Experience: ≥2 years of experience in transformer technology or production.

• Management Competencies (Proficiency Level-3): Communication, Organization & Coordination, Teamwork, Service Awareness.
• Professional Competencies: Quality Standard Administration (Level-3), Quality Improvement & Promotion (Level-3), Quality Problem Resolution (Level-1), Quality Inspection (Level-1).

• On-the-job Training: Department procedures, professional skills, job responsibilities, quality management knowledge, and quality tool training.
