Divisional Manufacturing Improvement Manager

About the Role

Almarai - المراعي is seeking an experienced Divisional Manufacturing Improvement Manager to lead the deployment of Continuous Improvement strategies across its manufacturing facilities. This full-time position is based in Al-Kharj and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and aims to develop a culture of operational excellence within the company's operations.

Role Context and Purpose

The Divisional Manufacturing Improvement Manager will report to the Head of Manufacturing. This role is central to Almarai's commitment to achieving world-class manufacturing excellence. The successful candidate will lead initiatives focused on improving operational performance, eliminating losses, and enhancing capability development across multiple production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing improvement and technical training teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS), and change management initiatives.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, Health, Safety & Security (HSS), Human Resources (HR), and project teams.
• Improve operational performance and eliminate losses.
• Enhance capability development within manufacturing operations.
• Embed a sustainable continuous improvement culture focused on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale (SQCDSM).

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing improvement roles.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying Continuous Improvement strategies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj and Riyadh. The role involves working across multiple manufacturing facilities and collaborating with various internal departments to achieve operational excellence.
