The Role of QSHE Coordinator

Almarai is seeking a QSHE Coordinator to join the team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role focuses on enforcing compliance with QSHE management systems within the region to meet consumer and customer needs. The coordinator will implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess operational risks, supporting the development and execution of QSHE initiatives to mitigate potential business impacts.
• Conduct internal audits across regional operations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Manage customer and consumer complaints, product recalls, accident investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Deliver QSHE training and awareness programs to employees, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor, measure, and report QSHE performance metrics, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
