About the Role: QSHE Coordinator

Almarai is seeking a QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on enforcing compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) management systems within the region. The coordinator will implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to meet consumer and customer needs. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) Management System to meet and exceed customer and consumer expectations.
• Support the identification of business risks and the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize potential threats.
• Conduct internal audits across all regional functions in line with QSHE management systems, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations by performing root cause analysis and implementing suitable corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls, and Municipality-related issues.
• Conduct regional technical training for all functional staff regarding QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
