Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager – Automation for a full-time position in Al-Kharj. This role is responsible for ensuring the full operational availability of all automation, controls, and industrial digital systems within the Dairy Division. The manager will implement a robust Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) framework to safeguard the reliability, safety, and efficiency of automated assets through proactive maintenance, continuous improvement, and strict adherence to engineering, quality, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) framework for all automation, controls, and industrial digital systems.
• Ensure the full operational availability and peak performance of automated assets and control systems within the Almarai Dairy Engineering Unit.
• Provide specialist technical expertise to Production, Utilities, Filling & Packaging, and Process departments.
• Ensure system integrity and enable uninterrupted operations across the Dairy Division.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to automation engineering.
• Maintain compliance with engineering, quality, and cost standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management, specifically in automation.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage maintenance frameworks such as TPM.
• Strong technical depth in automation, controls, and industrial digital systems.
• Proven leadership skills in an operational environment.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Al-Kharj. The role operates within the Dairy Engineering Unit, supporting various departments to ensure reliable production and operational excellence.
