About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Computer Trainer to join a training institute in Al-Kharj, Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional training programs and developing trainees' skills in computer and digital technologies.

Role Overview

The Computer Trainer is responsible for delivering computer training programs and courses, preparing and implementing training plans, and simplifying technical concepts for trainees. The role also includes monitoring performance levels and ensuring the achievement of educational and training objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses and programs in the field of computer science.
• Prepare training materials, content, and plans.
• Train participants on the use of various computer programs and applications.
• Evaluate trainee performance and monitor their progress throughout the training programs.
• Prepare tests, assessments, and training reports as needed.
• Simplify technical information and present it using effective training methods.
• Adhere to approved training plans and schedules.
• Contribute to the development of training content and programs.
• Utilize modern training tools and techniques to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in training or education.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and essential computer applications.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver professional training content.
• Ability to interact with trainees, motivate them, and monitor their development.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
