Job Responsibilities:
  • Gather and review statistics and general data; combine into established reports for internal and external use.
  • Verify data accuracy, matching supplier invoices against file copies.
  • Distribute reports as directed by the supervisor.
  • Greet visitors and clients; manage security and telecommunications systems.
  • Handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
  • Manage meeting room availability and maintain general correspondence and files.
  • Establish and maintain records of equipment service dates.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
