Architectural Site Inspector (Saudi National)

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an Architectural Site Inspector to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role involves overseeing architectural site works to ensure compliance with contract documents and procedural guidelines. The inspector will contribute to a hospitality project within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural site activities to ensure contractors adhere to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify adherence to design intent.
• Confirm that construction meets established quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify and document any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure all work complies with local, national, and international building codes and standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographic evidence and observations, and maintain accurate records.
• Attend construction meetings to provide updates on inspection findings and overall project progress.
• Address client concerns and propose solutions to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of designs throughout the construction phase.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct final inspections and punch-list reviews to ensure project completion meets design and safety standards.

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
