Role Overview: Business Development Partner Interiors & FF&E

MateriaVita is seeking a Business Development Partner for Interiors & FF&E in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, covering cities such as Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, and Al Jubail. This is a commission-based freelance collaboration, not a salaried employment position. The role is designed for independent professionals with 5-10 years of experience who are already established in the region and possess a strong network within the architecture, interior design, and development sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate qualified business opportunities within the Eastern Province project market.
• Collaborate with MateriaVita to advance opportunities through manufacturer coordination, material selection, quotation processes, technical support, and project follow-up.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional exposure to architecture, interior design, FF&E, hospitality, development, specification, procurement, contracting, or related project sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Established relationships with architects, interior designers, FF&E teams, developers, hospitality groups, contractors, consultants, and procurement professionals in the Eastern Province.
• A strong local network and the ability to identify and pursue meaningful project conversations.
• Backgrounds in architecture, interiors, FF&E, specification, procurement, contracting, development, or project advisory are relevant.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract-based, fully freelance, and performance-based collaboration. There is no fixed salary or employment structure; partners remain independent. The focus is on the Eastern Province, particularly Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, and Al Jubail.
