About the Role

Networks and System Integration * Co. Ltd. is seeking a CAD Operator to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time position involves creating, modifying, and optimizing technical drawings to support various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced CAD software to create, modify, and optimize detailed technical drawings that align with project specifications and industry standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in designs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to gather requirements and understand the scope of projects, facilitating clear communication and alignment on design objectives.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing designs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance functionality and reduce costs.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals by providing accurate drawings and specifications that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CAD technology, integrating new tools and techniques into workflows to improve productivity and output quality.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and solutions that drive project success and enhance team collaboration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all design work, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment for all team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a CAD operator role or a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software.
• Demonstrated ability to create and modify detailed technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and project specifications.
