About the Role: Join Med Art Clinics as a Customer Services Specialist, where you'll develop and uphold high standards in customer service performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and quality standards in customer service.
  • Collaborate with quality management to ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Create innovative programs and initiatives that exceed customer expectations for service quality.
  • Analyze customer feedback and system performance to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Prepare specialized documentation and reports related to customer service.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Customer Service, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
  • MCSE Certification (Microsoft Certified System Engineer 2003) is required.
  • Advanced skills in research, investigations, quality assurance, and customer feedback measurement.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; English and other languages (Turkish, Indonesian, Urdu) are advantageous.
