- Prepare specialized documentation and reports related to customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Customer Service, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
- MCSE Certification (Microsoft Certified System Engineer 2003) is required.
- Advanced skills in research, investigations, quality assurance, and customer feedback measurement.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; English and other languages (Turkish, Indonesian, Urdu) are advantageous.
