The United Eagles Office for Recruitment seeks to hire an Inquiry Writer at the Customer Service Center, where your main responsibility will be to provide advice and basic information to customers, respond to their inquiries, and process basic requests via phone or electronic methods.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Responding to basic customer inquiries and providing advice about the organization's services.
- Processing basic customer requests and sending the required documents.
- Resolving customer complaints and referring more complex issues to the specialized employee.
- Recording all inquiries and complaints and reporting the solutions taken.
- Fully adhering to the policies and procedures followed in the Customer Service Center.
Requirements:
- At least one year of practical experience in the field of customer service.
- High school diploma as a minimum.
- Advanced communication skills and customer assistance skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, six working days a week.
- Work Schedule: Morning.
- Location: Eastern Province, Al Khobar city.
