Dynamics F&O End User Support Specialist

About the Role

REDA Hazard Control is seeking a Dynamics F&O End User Support Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on providing dedicated support to internal business users, helping them effectively utilize the D365 F&O environment across various modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory.

Role Overview

The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, addressing their day-to-day issues, providing guidance, and ensuring they maximize the value of the D365 F&O system. This position requires a service-oriented individual with 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for daily user issues, including resolving errors, access queries, and transactional blocks.
• Troubleshoot workflows, data integration issues, and user security roles.
• Escalate complex bugs to technical partners or internal developers when necessary.
• Assist users with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across financial and operational modules.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and step-by-step training materials.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new system users.
• Act as a liaison between end-users and the IT/technical development team to communicate requirements and track resolution progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) end-user support or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues within a D365 F&O environment.
• Familiarity with various D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory.
