Environment Health and Safety Manager

About the Role

CCL Global is seeking an experienced Environment Health and Safety Manager to support a leading international EPC organization. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead all HSE activities across engineering, procurement, and construction operations. This involves providing strategic direction to HSE personnel and ensuring the effective implementation of HSE standards, procedures, and management systems throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSE activities across engineering, procurement, and construction operations.
• Provide direction and guidance to HSE personnel.
• Ensure the effective implementation of HSE standards, procedures, and management systems.
• Engage closely with project teams, clients, regulatory authorities, and subcontractors.
• Support both project acquisition and execution phases.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an HSE Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting international EPC organizations.
• Proven ability to lead HSE teams and implement robust HSE management systems.

Work Environment
