We are seeking a charismatic and professional Host to join our dynamic restaurant team, serving as the first point of contact for our guests while ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere and maintaining smooth dining operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements effectively
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain optimal dining flow
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries about menu items and services
• Monitor dining room capacity and maintain clean, organized waiting areas
• Assist with special events and large party arrangements
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service from arrival through departure
