As part of the Food & Beverage department, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to guests in the assigned outlet. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring efficient service aligned with the Kempinski Hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager punctually in the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and execute upselling strategies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and contribute positively to the team.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Department Head.
