As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and understanding potential customers' needs. You will be responsible for consultation, assessing leads, and maintaining detailed sales activity data. Your objective is to convert customers into success partners through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with potential customers and identify their requirements.
  • Prioritize leads based on their backgrounds and interests.
  • Promote Dar wa Emaar’s products logically to encourage partnership.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity data, including visits and marketing channels.
  • Close sales and ensure targets are met.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their interests and financing options.
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing sales activities and statuses.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2C sales experience in the Real Estate or Banking industry.
