As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and understanding potential customers' needs. You will be responsible for consultation, assessing leads, and maintaining detailed sales activity data. Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with potential customers and identify their requirements.
  • Prioritize leads based on their backgrounds and interests.
  • Promote Dar wa Emaar’s products logically to encourage partnership.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity data, including visits and marketing channels.
  • Close sales and ensure targets are met.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their interests and financing options.
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing sales activities and statuses.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2C sales experience in the Real Estate or Banking industry.
