Your responsibilities will include implementing HR processes, engaging in employee relations, executing development activities, and managing policies that support our company culture.
Main Tasks:
- Perform all HR-related transactional specific tasks such as contracting, recruitment, leave and exit management, payroll, attendance, medical and social insurance.
- Conduct regular data audits to maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare analytics to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Manage and develop reports to track key HR metrics.
- Execute HR initiatives and act as a change agent for process improvements.
- Implement onboarding processes for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Foster positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Experience: 1+ years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in HR systems such as SAP Success Factors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
