Join Nextcare as an HR Officer!
As a pivotal part of our team, you will ensure the smooth operation of assigned HR functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR processes, engaging in employee relations, executing development activities, and managing policies that support our company culture.

Main Tasks:
  • Perform all HR-related transactional specific tasks such as contracting, recruitment, leave and exit management, payroll, attendance, medical and social insurance.
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Prepare analytics to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Manage and develop reports to track key HR metrics.
  • Execute HR initiatives and act as a change agent for process improvements.
  • Implement onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Foster positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Experience: 1+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in HR systems such as SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
