We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamic HR Executive with 35 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, payroll, attendance, Iqama management, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamic HR Executive with 35 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, payroll, attendance, Iqama management, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Database Management: Create and maintain comprehensive employee databases in both physical and electronic formats, including ERP systems. Ensure seamless access for project support divisions for requirements such as TAR, Client ID, and other related documents.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee vacation, resignation, and termination processes. Review and approve leave applications, arrange replacements as needed, and process settlements including tickets and ERE visas. Manage resignation requests, conduct exit interviews, and process final settlements and experience letters. Handle employee termination processes as required.
- Payroll & Attendance: Consolidate monthly attendance and overtime records from various projects and the head office. Review overtime justifications, verify any adjustments, and submit finalized attendance sheets to the Finance department. Address payroll-related inquiries post-processing, including deductions and additions.
- Iqama Management: Manage timely Iqama renewals, coordinating with Government Relations Officers (GROs) to address expirations and contract updates. Process new Iqamas (Almeer Visa) by ensuring medicals, document submissions, and Absher registration are completed. Handle local transfers via QIWA and MOL Muqeem portals, managing sponsorship fees, approvals, and Iqama printing.
- ERP & Compliance: Maintain employee records in the ERP system, ensuring all documents are accurately scanned and uploaded. Track and process vacation requests, calculate leave benefits, and compute End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years in HR operations, employee relations, or similar roles in Saudi Arabia.
Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, Iqama processes, and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
